At Nannas Crystals we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that keeps them coming back to our store time and time again. SHIPPING
Every effort will be made to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving your payment. We use Australia Post for all orders and postage rates are capped at $15. Upon dispatch you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note, once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for issues that may arise in transit.
RETURNS
Nanna's Crystals DO NOT accept returns on change of mind purchases. However if your product is
damaged in any way once you receive your order, please send us a photo of the damaged item so we can assess the eligibility of a replacement item. We do not provide refunds but will gladly replace the damaged item or offer a store credit.
